Property Affordability Calculator is a calculator app for estimating property purchase costs, stamp duty, and mortgage repayments. All calculations are performed entirely on your device. The app does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data.

We collect no data. The app does not:
collect personal information of any kind access your contacts, location, camera, microphone, or any other device sensor or service connect to the internet or any external server use analytics, crash reporting, or advertising SDKs set cookies or use any tracking technology
All values you enter (sale price, purchase price, savings, costs, etc.) exist only in the app’s local memory while it is running and are not saved to your device or transmitted anywhere.
Third-party services
The app uses no third-party services, frameworks, or SDKs that collect data.
Children’s privacy
The app does not collect data from anyone, including children under 13.
